We have a 21-days refund policy on Pre-bookings, which means you have 21 days after receiving pre-booking to request a refund of pre-booking.
Booking Once Confirmed Can not be cancelled. As details sent for RTO registeration through online portal "VAHAN", Hence there can not be any cancellation of order at or post this stage.
Refund is not applicable if you opt in for EMI or Loans.
Vehicles once booked and registered, can not be returned. All the greviences can written on customercare@ivoomi.co
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
