iVOOMi battery’s operating voltage is 48V to 67.2V. While in use iVOOMi Battery’s (Discharging State) temperature is at 20°C to 50°C while its temp during charging is 20°C to 45°C.
iVOOMi Battery is designed for 600+ cycles, With limited degradation of up to 20%. Post 600 cycles it will have 80% power in the battery. The quality of usage can enhance, Right storage and load usage can improve the performance and life of batteries.

It has a thermal Cut off sensor, Over voltage protection, Deep discharge protection, Short circuit protection, Emergency alarm system which allows consumer to be informed and safe, At the same time we always recommend all our consumer to be attentive and keep a health check of batteries and carry regular service of battery to avoid any concerns.
In the iVOOMI battery, a self-balanced smart BMS has been used. It helps to monitor the State Of Charge, State Of Health, and Balancing of the battery pack. It also monitors the battery temperature.
Opening or unauthorized service of batteries are strictly prohibited, It will lead to loss of warranty on the battery. Internal designs are critical and right process at every stage is extremely critical hence iVOOMi batteries can be serviced only at the authorized/iVOOMi appointed service centers.
iVOOMi battery is integrated with the iVOOMi vehicle powertrain. If you use this battery in another brand Ev then the battery’s performance, life and safety will be compromised. So that is why we do not recommend it.
Charging of batteries are strictly to be made with matched i.e. iVOOMi battery charger, No other chargers can be used for charging of batteries. Use of another charger will lead to loss of warranty of the batteries.
iVOOMi suggests that Whenever your battery reaches at 53V or the display shows a single red bar on battery charging status then you plug the charger into the battery. It will help to maintain the reliability and good health of the battery. Always keep a gap of 10 minutes to charge after use or use after charge, Battery voltage settles within 10 minutes of use or charging, hence it is recommended to use or charge after the real voltage is settled.
iVOOMi suggests that the iVOOMi charger charges the battery.
iVOOMi Chargers are designed & built to maintain the optimal health of the batteries, and charge them at the most efficient speed. Using any other changer than an iVOOMi-approved charger is not recommended. – written by the marketing department.
The batteries should be charged in the day time only in shaded areas without direct sunlight, It should not be charged over 4 hours continuously. Overnight charging is strictly prohibited on iVOOMi EV batteries.
The battery must keep a cold, dry, and clean place. Avoid leaving or storing the battery in direct sunlight. Also keep away from flammable things like gas cylinders, petrol or kerosine tanks, etc.
You can store the battery for 25 days at 59V at normal temperature. We recommend users to use (charge and discharge) batteries on a regular basis, consistent use allows better performance and mileage from the battery. Idle condition may lead to unwanted change in the electrical parameters leading to lower performance.
Depending on you location and nearby authorized iVOOMi service centre you will be able to avail doorstep service. We recommend discussing this with your service centre before hand for smooth operations.
Apart from Manufacturing defects like Water or accidental damage etc warranty is considered void. In case of battery/vehicle serviced from unauthorized iVOOMi servicing engineer.
